The humanitarian aid provided by the Chinese Red Cross Society to the earthquake-affected regions of Turkey through the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies departed from Shanghai Pudong Airport today.
It is expected that the materials weighing approximately 20 tons, consisting of cotton tents, which are urgently needed in earthquake regions of Turkey, are sent to the earthquake regions after they are delivered to the Turkish Red Crescent Society.
The Chinese Red Cross Society announced that they will closely monitor the needs of earthquake regions and will continue to provide assistance as much as they can.
