Work continues on the tram line project of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality that will extend to Kuruçeşme. Rails are being laid on the bridge that will connect the Akçaray tram line to Kuruçeşme over the D-100 Highway.
BRIDGE RAIL MANUFACTURING
Work continues in Kuruçeşme, which will be the new station of the Akçaray tram line. The steel beam assembly of the 332-meter-long bridge for the new tram line was completed. Rails are laid on the steel beam. Up to now, 300 meters of rails have been manufactured.
LANDSCAPING
The basic production of catenary poles continues from Kuruçeşme direction to Izmit center direction. The teams also continue to manufacture pavements within the scope of landscaping.
STATION CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES
The floor production of Kuruçeşme station, which will be the 16th station of Akçaray, has been completed. The assembly of the steel parts that will cover the station is started. When the works are completed, the tram will reach a double line of 10 thousand 212 meters with its new line. The single-line length of the tram will reach 3 kilometers, with a 23,4-kilometer single-line warehouse area.
