Digital transportation platform Diginak aims to heal the wounds of logistics industry professionals affected by the earthquake with the "Let's Start from Zero Project". Thanks to the project, which was implemented with the motto now is the time for solidarity; Logistics sector employees, who were unemployed due to the earthquake, will be given the opportunity to establish new businesses to return their lives.

Digital transportation platform Diginak has implemented the “Let's Start from Zero” social responsibility project to support logistics professionals working in earthquake-affected areas and having to leave the city they live in due to the earthquake. Aiming to heal the wounds of earthquake victims within the framework of sustainability, Diginak calls on logistics industry professionals who lost their jobs to "Own your own logistics business with the Pro-Forwarder Training Program".

We Must Develop Sustainable Projects!

Diginak CEO Oğuzhan Karaca, who stated that after the earthquake that stifled Turkey, continued mobilization from all directions, said, “We should support the earthquake survivors who managed to survive, but have lost their homes and jobs, so that they can return to their normal lives as soon as possible. Apart from aid, we have one more task to do as the business world; develop sustainable policies and projects!” said.

Let's Start From Scratch!

Drawing attention to the continuity of solidarity, Karaca continued as follows:

“Many individuals, companies and institutions organized an aid campaign with the spirit of unity and solidarity after the earthquake. In the delivery of these aids, logisticians took part in the field and mobilized. However, the responsibilities of logistics companies are not limited to this. With social responsibility projects, we need to ensure that the wounds are healed quickly. We decided to implement the social responsibility project "Let's Start From Zero" with my post-disaster solidarity group that we formed within Diginak. We will also implement new programs with our strategic business partners to ensure the continuity of employment, to support the workforce that will emerge and the employment need to be created in those regions. The great disaster we have experienced has suffocated the whole of Turkey. However, the example of solidarity and cooperation shown as a society alleviated the pain a little and made us look to the future with hope.”

Oğuzhan Karaca gave the following information about the Pro-Forwarder Training Program:

“The Pro-Forwarder training program is a job and vocational training program in which the theoretical and practical knowledge required to have a successful forwarder business in the domestic road transport business is presented. Our training program is primarily for Logistics Professionals whose houses have been damaged in the earthquake zone and their current working order is broken! It is designed for professionals who work professionally in Sales and/or Vehicle supply departments in Logistics companies for at least 3 years and want to start their own business. After the training program and mentorship of the logistics professionals participating in the training program, we want to open their own private companies, to bring together the "Load Owner" and the right "Transporter" in the domestic road transportation business, manage the transportation and make them earn commercial income from this service.

Free Training and H1 Authorization Fee Support

DIGINAK | As Digital Shipping; to the participants who successfully complete the training program; We will provide strong support by covering the cost of the "H1 Authorization Certificate" to be obtained from the Ministry of Transport. We will then make the transportation management software available to them free of charge to manage their business and pay the individual carrier freights necessary to get them started. In addition, we will constantly coach and mentor them on this journey. For the participants who are making progress, we will support their turnover and income by appointing new members of the DIGINAK platform to them.”

"With this project, we want to contribute to the logistics professionals affected by the earthquake in the short term to earn income and stand on their feet with a computer and mobile phone without going to any office from their location," Karaca concluded by saying:

“We aim for logistics professionals to contribute to the sector in an operational manner closer to the field in the medium and long term.
