11 Metropolitan Mayors from CHP carried their traditional meeting to Konya hosted by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB). The first stop in the city of the Presidents and their spouses, who met the intense interest of the citizens in Konya, was the Mevlana Museum and Tomb in Karatay district. IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu and his wife, Dr. Together with Dilek İmamoğlu, he visited the mausoleum and museum, again under the intense interest of the citizens. Making evaluations about the Konya meeting at the exit of the Mevlana Museum, İmamoğlu answered the questions of the journalists about the agenda, accompanied by Konya CHP Provincial Chairman Barış Bektaş and IYI Party Konya Provincial Chairman Mazhar Peker.

Saying, “We are the guests of our provincial mayors, together with our 11 metropolitan mayors in Konya,” İmamoğlu said, “We will hold another beautiful meeting. Since the first moment we took office, we had very good exchanges and valuable ideas with all our mayors on behalf of our country and cities. We are now together with our dear Tekirdağ Metropolitan Municipality Mayor. But my other friends are now meeting with our fellow countrymen and citizens in different parts of Konya, with the program made by our presidents. We know it will be very efficient. When our last hosting and physical meetings were over, we decided, in consultation with our President, that we should do this in different cities of Anatolia and Thrace. We took the first step in Konya. From now on, we will continue to do this in other cities of our country whenever we have the opportunity.”

For our children, for our youth, for our families. Especially for the future of our children and youth, for our country to reach the place it deserves, and of course, may Allah give us strength. Of course, we are also praying in this sense. Of course, we especially prayed for rights, law and justice. May Allah protect our country from people who lack justice, conscience and virtue. Protect those people from their decisions. May every ruler be virtuous. Let him make every manager egalitarian, let him see his people with equal eyes. These beautiful prayers, in my opinion, are the symbols of tolerance, that whatever is created in the whole world is equal and that whatever is created should be loved because of the Creator, perhaps these feelings will be answered in the presence of Mevlana, one of the languages ​​and hearts that best explains it. I know. From here, we will disperse to our provinces with great energies. With higher energies, we will continue to fix what went wrong, and continue to make good things better.
