In order for a food we eat to be usable for our body, it has to go through many processes. When you buy vegetables from the market, you sort, chop, prepare, sometimes sauté them, sometimes fry them on a low fire, on the other hand, you prepare the meat with other ingredients or other ingredients that you will add to it, then you cook it for a while and take it to the table.
