Organized free of charge by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality to train the stars of the future, the "Summer Term Sports Child Training" continues intensively with the participation of 800 athletes in different branches.
The “Summer Term Sports Child Trainings” organized free of charge by the Metropolitan Municipality Youth and Sports Services Department for children attracted great attention this year as well.
Offering the opportunity to discover the stars of the future in many branches of sports every year, the Metropolitan Municipality provides training to 800 athletes in football, basketball, volleyball, handball, canoe, gymnastics, taekwondo, folk dances and optimistic boat branches in its facilities.
While the summer trainings, which started on June 23, continue in various branches, 7 athletes aged 11-180 participate in the training sessions with expert trainers, divided into groups 6 days a week in the football branch.
The parents of the athletes closely follow the trainings held at the Metropolitan Municipality Osmangazi Sports Field. The parents of the athletes thanked the Metropolitan Municipality and the trainers by expressing that they were very happy that the children developed their skills through training and that they spent the summer doing sports.
Summer sports trainings, which will continue until August 19, will allow children to spend the holiday period doing sports in a healthy way.
