Good News for Teachers and Master Trainers Working for Additional Tuition!

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan gave good news about the wages of paid teachers and master trainers.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in his address to the nation after the cabinet meeting, said: “I would like to give a good news to our teachers and master trainers. We will make an additional payment for every five lessons to the teachers who work in the official education institutions of the Ministry of National Education in return for an additional lesson fee, to the master instructors and the instructors assigned in the Quran courses. After this arrangement, the wages of a teacher who attends classes for 30 hours a week and a teacher of the Qur'an course increases from 3 thousand 400 liras to 68 thousand 5 liras with an increase of 740 percent. The wage that our master instructors will receive over 40 hours increases from 4 thousand 500 liras to 64 thousand 7 liras with an increase of 400 percent. I wish the new arrangement will be beneficial for our paid teachers, master instructors and Quran course instructors.”
