Bayraklı2 Tenders Made Electronically in 41 Years

Thanks to the tenders, in which the firms entering the tender did not see each other and the bids were received over the internet, an environment of competition and fairness was ensured among the firms. Chairman Serdar Sandal said, “Due to our social democratic management approach, when we took office, we gathered all our tenders in a single unit, started broadcasting the tenders live, and then transferred them to the electronic environment. Thus, we protected public resources by increasing the competitive environment in the tender order and ensuring fairness among the companies.

41 E-TENDER HAS BEEN MADE

Thanks to the Tender Unit, which was established after the local elections, all tenders were gathered in one center, and waste was prevented by protecting public resources with live tenders. As of 2021, the electronic tender system was started. Within the scope of the system where the bidders do not see each other, the bids are collected in digital environment and fair competition is ensured, 41 e-tenders have been held in the last two years. Thus, the tenders were made more transparent.

Bayraklı Mayor Serdar Sandal said, “When we took office, each directorate made its own tender, and thanks to the Tender Unit we established, we gathered all the tenders in one center and saved money. Afterwards, we created a fair order by broadcasting the auctions live. As of 2021, we switched to the e-tender method and we made 41 tenders in this way. We protected public resources by increasing competition among companies. We have provided a fair order in line with our management approach and we will continue to do so. We hope to be an example to everyone," he said.
