At the Courthouse Junction, the foundation of which was laid two weeks ago by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, beam assemblies began on the bridge, which was built to create an alternative route to enter the Fair Street entrance without signaling.
In order to eliminate the transportation problem in Bursa, the Metropolitan Municipality, which continues its works such as road widening and new roads, smart intersections, promoting public transportation, and rail system investments, opens the blocked veins of traffic with new bridged intersections. With the relocation of the new courthouse, the traffic load at the connection point of the Near East Ring Road to Istanbul Street is increasing day by day, and the Metropolitan Municipality is solving this problem with a two-loop intersection. Within the scope of the project, the foundation of which was laid about two weeks ago, two bridges with a length of 3 meters with 117 spans and a length of 2 meters with 54 spans and a connection road of 3 thousand 500 meters will be built.
Manufacturing started on bridges
While it is aimed to complete the intersection in 75 months, which will cost approximately 5,5 million liras, a feverish work continues in the region. In order to create an alternative route from the Near East Ring Road to the Fair Street entrance without signaling, beam assembly has begun on the bridge. 3 beams were installed for the two-span, 20-leg bridge.
