Changes were made in the board of directors and senior management of TAV Havalimanları Holding A.Ş.

In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the following was conveyed: "Mustafa Sani Şener's Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Franck Mereyde's appointment as Executive Board Member, Fernando Echegaray continuing his duty as a member of the Board of Directors, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board. Burcu Geriş, who serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vehbi Serkan Kaptan, Executive Board Member of Franck Mereyde, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board Member, Group President – ​​Finance (CFO), as well as executive was appointed as the vice chairman of the board. As a result of the changes, Sani Şener will hand over the CEO of TAV Airports to Vehbi Serkan Kaptan. Şener will continue his duty as the vice chairman of the board of directors.”
