Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş met with the citizens in Solfasol, the district of Altındağ district that has been waiting for development for years, and gave information about the "North Ankara City Entrance Urban Transformation Project 2nd Stage Development Plan". Mayor Yavaş shared the good news with the residents of the neighborhood who have been waiting for construction for a long time, saying, "I hope we will bring and distribute your title deeds in June-July."
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş met with Metropolitan Municipality Council members Ertan Işık and Atilla Çelik with citizens in Solfasol District.
Mayor Yavaş, who met with the residents of the neighborhood in the past months and listened to their problems on the spot and took notes, gave detailed information to the residents about the “North Ankara City Entrance Urban Transformation Project 2nd Stage Development Plan” at this meeting.
PARCELATION COMPLETED IN 3 MONTHS
Explaining in detail the reasons for changing the zoning plan made in 2017, ABB President Mansur Yavaş said, “We made a new zoning plan. The plan was approved in the Parliament on 06.07.2021. On November 27, 2021, the plan was finalized. Right after that, the parceling process started and was completed in 3 months.”
Yavaş shared the following information about the subdivision plan prepared for the region:
“This is 365 thousand acres. Of this, 198 hectares, that is, 200 thousand acres, is allocated as useful areas such as housing, housing plus trade and trade. There are 474 parcels in the project. There are 14 thousand owners. There are places such as residences, housing plus trade in the area of 28 thousand decares in total belonging to our municipality. We will use some of these areas for the slums in the region. Like the urban transformation in other places, we will ensure that the beneficiaries of slums have flats in these areas and their places will become title deed. In addition to this, we also waived 82 decares of useful area in order to avoid any loss of rights. We said that the municipality should not buy it, as long as the citizens do not get hurt. After the parceling process is completed, the parcel sizes will be 1500 meters, 2 thousand meters, 3 thousand meters and 5 thousand square meters, the largest. Therefore, it will be very easy for citizens to come together and agree with the contractor. I hope the construction in the region will continue quickly from now on.”
A TEAM WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE REGION TO INFORM CITIZENS CORRECTLY
Stating that they want to inform the citizens correctly, Yavaş said, “Our Head of Zoning Department will have a team here. Everyone will come with the island parcel of the place where they are located in 1 week and will ask where should I eat me. Here he will be shown to himself and see who he is partnered with. This is the first time in Ankara…” and continued his explanations.
“WE COME IN THE 7TH MONTHS LAST YEAR. THIS YEAR, WE WILL GIVE YOUR DEEDS AT THE 7TH MONTH”
Stating that everyone is given their place as much as possible, Yavaş said, “After the committee approves, if you have minor objections, the committee will evaluate it. After that, I hope we will bring and distribute your title deeds in June-July. So we came here in the 7th month last year. This year, we will have given your title deeds in the 7th month. Good luck to you all,” he said.
Noting that Yeşilöz Neighborhood is included in the zoning plan, Yavaş added that the parceling works will start within 1 month.
