Continuing its work with the understanding of social municipality, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues to provide daily breakfast and hot meals to citizens in need, especially during the pandemic process. Meals that are cooked and packaged under hygienic conditions at BelPa Kitchen are delivered free of charge to students staying in the Metropolitan dormitory in the Araplar Mahallesi, especially the elderly, disabled and citizens with Covid-19.
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues to be with the citizens in need in line with the understanding of social municipality.
From the elderly to the disabled, from the patients who caught Covid-19 to the students staying in the dormitories of the Metropolitan Municipality, in the process started by the Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş with the slogan "Goodness is Contagious" and "No one will go to bed hungry in the Capital" during the pandemic process and continued afterwards. It provides free catering. In BelPa Kitchen, daily breakfast and hot meals prepared and packed in hygienic conditions are delivered to the citizens in need.
BELPA KITCHEN REACHES ANYWHERE IN ANKARA
Two meals a day, breakfast and dinner, are carried free of charge to the homes of the citizens who request it, while hot soup cooked in BelPa Kitchen is served in front of the hospital and university.
BelPa General Manager Ramazan Valu, who stated that they continue to deliver breakfast and meals carefully prepared at BelPa Kitchen to all citizens from 7 to 70 years old, shared the following information:
“BelPa Kitchen works at an intense pace every day. We continue to produce food to be sent to our elderly, disabled, Covid-positive patients, and our students staying in the dormitory of our municipality in Araplar Mahallesi. In addition, we continue to distribute soup free of charge in front of the hospital and university. Finally, on days when snowfall is effective, we work in coordination with AKOM to offer breakfast, dinner and soup at night to our personnel who struggle with snow. BelPa is with our citizens all over Ankara.”
