İzmir Metropolitan Municipality organizes Alaçatı Story Days within the scope of 14 February World Story Day. The event, which will be held in Alaçatı Square between 12-14 February with the slogan “Literature takes you on a journey”, will bring together valuable artists from Turkey.
Alaçatı Story Days are organized as part of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality 14 February World Story Day. Literature enthusiasts will come together with 12 writers in Çeşme Alaçatı Square with the event to be held for the first time this year between 14-23 February with the cooperation of Alaçatı Tourism Association and RAAF Art Society. Along with talks and autograph events, shows and concerts will also be held.

On the first day of Alaçatı Story Days, which will be held with the slogan "Literature takes you on a journey", there is a conversation called “Aesthetics of Resistance” with Orhan Aydın and İsmet Orhan as speakers. Then, Ümit Kartal, Beril Erbil, Tuğrul Keskin, Yusuf Akın, Nergis Seli, Polat Özlüoğlu and Hüsnü Arkan will meet with their readers. The program will end with the concert of Başıbozuk Music Group at 14.00:20.00.
Closing with "Love's Story"
Starting at 15.15 on the second day, Ilgın Olut, Murat Şahin, Cevdet Yüceer, Handan Gökçek and Duygu Özsüphandağ Yayman will talk to the readers about the story. At 19.00 there is a show called “The Story of the Dance”.
On the last day of the event, where the story of life from poetry to music will be told, interviews will be held with Ahmet Büke, Barış İnce, Ferda İzbudak Akıncı, Aydoğan Yavaşlı, Cengiz Toraman, Cezmi Baskin, Lütfü Dağtaş and Mehmet Özçataloğlu each. The closing of the event will be at 14.00 with the show called “Love Story”.
