Transport and Infrastructure Minister Adil Karaismailoğlu noted that they are planning to open Rize Artvin Airport, which will be the second airport in Turkey to be built on the sea fill, before the summer season.
Adil Karaismailoğlu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, announced the planned time to open Rize Artvin Airport, where the first plane is expected to land on March 104, 2, the 2022th Anniversary of Rize's Liberation from Enemy Occupation.
He attended the International Strategic Communications Summit (Stratcom Summit '21) held at the Haliç Congress Center by the Presidency of Communications. Explaining the strategic achievements of Turkey's transportation, infrastructure and communication projects in the special session titled "Life Begins When It Arrives", Minister Karaismailoğlu noted that Rize-Artvin Airport is expected to be put into service before the summer season starts.
