The "Regulation on Amending the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in the Issuance, Collection and Follow-Up of Traffic Administrative Fine Decision Reports" prepared by the Ministry of Internal Affairs was published in the Official Gazette.
According to the regulation, the discounted payment period for traffic administrative fines has been increased from 15 days to 1 month.
In addition, the phrase "one quarter" in the reduction rate in penalties was changed to "25 percent of the penalty".
