The Biggest Contribution to EMITT Fair From Erzincan: The 20th Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair (EMITT), which was organized this year, has ended. Erzincan, which took part in all aspects of the fair, knew that the fair was the favorite of the fair with its three districts, Ergan Mountain and separate stands with local products.
From the four corners of the world and Turkey; EMITT, the world's 5th biggest fair, bringing together towns, hotels, agencies, entrepreneurs, operators and tourism enthusiasts, has ended. Under the leadership of Erzincan Governorship; Erzincan again came first in the Fair, where Provincial Culture and Tourism Directorate, Kemaliye, Kemah and Refahiye District Governorship participated. Our Governor, Mr. Süleyman Kahraman and His Wife Muhsine Kahraman, who hosted Erzincan at the Fair held in Beylikdüzü Tüyap Congress and Fair Center, hosted the visitors on the first day of the fair and visited the booths of other provinces. Erzincan Deputies Sebahattin Karakelle, Serkan Bayram, Erzincan Mayor Cemalettin Başsoy and Deputy Governor Fatih Kaya participated in the fair, where Erzincan experienced an influx of visitors. The Erzincan Stand, which was visited by many former governors who served in Erzincan, also attracted great interest from the citizens.
AFTER EMITT
At the EMITT 20 Fair, which opened its doors to visitors for the 2016th time, Erzincan and its districts as well as Ergan Mountain Ski Center were introduced to the visitors under the leadership of Erzincan Governorship. In the stand, which was equipped with photographs reflecting the beauty of Mount Ergan and mannequins with ski clothes, dozens of colorful cocktails were served to the visitors. Our Governor Mr. Süleyman Kahraman; he explained the participants the Ergan Mountain Ski Center. Speaking at Ergan Mountain Stand, our Governor; Stating that EMITT is the heart of the sector in terms of foreign visitors, tourism professionals, tourism investors and international promotion, he stated that the introduction of Ergan Mountain Ski Center with the booth established also contributed greatly to the promotion of the ski center to the world.
INTENSIVE INTEREST IN REGIONAL PRODUCTS
Erzincan, which took the most place in the fifth largest tourism fair in the world, was flooded with citizens with its local products and tourism stands. Introducing its cultural features and local flavors to local and foreign visitors, Erzincan attracted attention especially with Tulum Cheese, hand-crafted copper, roasted chickpeas, dried dishes, molasses and jams. In the booth, which was opened at the EMITT Fair under the name of "Erzincan Local Products", all the local products of Erzincan were exhibited and sold to visitors.
TULUM CHEESE DOOR CLOSING
Erzincan tulum cheese, produced from sheep's milk and printed on small ruminant sheepskin, saw great interest of the citizens at EMİTT Fair. Munzur, Çimen, Çayırlı, Tercan and Kemah Oluk, such as tulip cheese made from the milk of sheep reared in high altitude plateau, Erzincanlı Peynircim Card from the fair; small sheep, casserole, wooden containers, plastic bins and vacuum packages were filled with a different presentation.
ERZİNCAN COPPER CLOSED
Erzincan Copper at the Fair; Polat Bakır, who has exhibited, knew how to attract attention with beautiful souvenir copper, different figures and engravings. Erzincan Bakırı, which was exhibited and promoted until the last day of the fair, was bought by an artisan to be delivered to all corners of the world in the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. Having established a connection here, Erzincan Company Polat Bakır will regularly send Erzincan Copper to the Grand Bazaar.
LEBLEBI, PEKMEZ AND DRYING RETIRED
In addition to the main products in the local products stand, apple, apricot dried fruit pulp, which are produced in Erzincan along with the products such as molasses, molasses, dried plants, hand embroidered cloths and dozens of products made by the women of Kemaliye, visited the fair, especially the people of Erzincan living in Istanbul. many citizens bought plenty of local products from Erzincan.

Refahiye and Kemah districts, which stand out with organic products without organic flowers as well as local products, offered natural honey to visitors. Many visitors, who could not get enough of the taste of the honey, said that they heard the name of Erzincan Honey and now they had the opportunity to taste it.
SIRAT ON FIRAT BRIDGE IS REAR FUND FOR PICTURE PHOTOS
The project model of 'Sırat on Fırat Bridge', which will be built 600 meters long and 550 meters high on the Dark Canyon in Kemaliye District, has become one of the most frequented places of visitors in Erzincan Stand. Those who wonder about the project did not escape their attention to take a photo in front of the model, which is closely related.
