Kolin İnşaat decided to transfer its shares in İGA, the operator of the third airport in Istanbul, where it is also a partner in different businesses.
The shareholding structure of IGA Airport is changing with the Build-Operate-Transfer model of Istanbul New Airport project and undertook its operation for 25 yearly. Kolin Construction, which is the partner, announced that it has started the negotiation process for the transfer of its shares in IGA.
5 partner (Limak-Cengiz-Mapa-Kolin-Kalyon OGG) It is stated that Kolin Construction will transfer its 20 share to Kalyon at IGA Airport. Together with the transfer, Kalyon Construction's share in IGA will increase to 40. Some sources state that the share transfer has taken place but has not yet been reflected in the company's records.

CAPITAL TL 7.4 BILLION TL
The third airport operator in Istanbul increased IGA's capital to 18 billion liras by increasing 1.1 billion in 7.4 in December. Kadri Samsunlu, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of IGA Airport Operations, announced that they had increased their capital by the second time in the same year.
IGA's partners Cengiz Construction, Mapa Construction, Limak, Kolin and Kalyon have 20 shares in the company.
THE TENDER PROCESS
The tender for the third and largest airport in Istanbul was in 2013. The Limak-Cengiz-Mapa-Kolin-Kalyon OGG (IGA) partnership received the tender with 22 billion 152 million euros (26 billion euros with VAT). The partnership will operate the airport for 25 years.
