Kolin İnşaat decided to transfer its shares in İGA, the operator of the third airport in Istanbul, where it is also a partner in different businesses.

The shareholding structure of IGA Airport is changing with the Build-Operate-Transfer model of Istanbul New Airport project and undertook its operation for 25 yearly. Kolin Construction, which is the partner, announced that it has started the negotiation process for the transfer of its shares in IGA.

The third airport operator in Istanbul increased IGA's capital to 18 billion liras by increasing 1.1 billion in 7.4 in December. THE TENDER PROCESS
The tender for the third and largest airport in Istanbul was in 2013. The Limak-Cengiz-Mapa-Kolin-Kalyon OGG (IGA) partnership received the tender with 22 billion 152 million euros (26 billion euros with VAT). The partnership will operate the airport for 25 years.
