Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Cemil Tugay met with the little athletes of Göztepe Sports Club on April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, which the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk left as a legacy to all the children of the world. Children showed great interest in President Tugay, who attended the Children's Festival organized by Göztepe Sports Club and Göztepe Sports and Education Foundation at İnciraltı Sports Facilities.

Mayor Tugay also had pleasant moments with the children in the event, which allowed the children to showcase their talents and experience the excitement of April 23. Dozens of children on the football field ran towards President Tugay and hugged him. President Tugay, who also participated in the activities of other branches in the field, hit the target by shooting arrows. Mayor Tugay, who also watched the dance performances within the scope of the event, said, “I am very enjoyable and happy. Every child I see happy today is a separate source of happiness for me. Because today is their holiday. There are events in many parts of Izmir today. "A very special organization was organized here," he said.

Drawing attention to the support to be given to sports clubs, Mayor Tugay said, “I am the mayor of the whole Izmir. Everyone is precious to me.
