While the stop was closed with a safety strip, tram services were also stopped. The Bomb Disposal and Investigation Team, who was called to the scene, examined the bag by wearing special clothes. The bomb expert placed the detonator in the bag he pulled on the road by tying a rope. After the warning announcement, the fork was detonated with fuze in a controlled manner.
The bag was made of stationery, such as notebooks, pencils and books. The safety strip was removed after required checks. Tram services also returned to normal. Despite the warnings of the police from the scene of the citizens and mobile phones, trying to get away from the scene drew attention.
