Stating that the rail system works for safer and more comfortable transportation are continuing at full speed, Mayor Büyükkılıç said, "The development of rail system networks solves many problems related to urban transportation."
Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç continues to work on projects that will make Kayseri's transportation system modern and comfortable. In this context, Mayor Büyükkılıç met with İsmail Aktaş, Head of Metropolitan Municipality Urban Rail Systems Project Department, and held a meeting about the Rail System network, which is one of the important elements of public transportation in the city.
In addition to Mayor Büyükkılıç, Head of Urban Rail Systems Project Department İsmail Aktaş, Branch Manager Nurseda Karagöz, Fatma Şentürk and Zeynep Eroğlu attended the meeting held at the Metropolitan Municipality Presidency.
Expressing that the development of the rail system networks has solved many problems related to urban transportation at the meeting, Mayor Büyükkılıç said, “We are doing many studies on the Rail System Network in order to make transportation in the city safer and more comfortable. Providing comfort in urban areas is very important for our citizens and for us.”
At the meeting chaired by President Büyükkılıç, the latest status of the ongoing Rail System network projects in Kayseri was evaluated, the investments were discussed one by one and discussed in detail.
At the meeting, Sedat Erdoğan, Head of Transportation Planning and Rail System Department, and Transportation A.Ş. General Manager Mehmet Canbulut was also present.
