In order to be employed in the central and provincial units of the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works, in accordance with paragraph B of the 657th article of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, "On Employment of Contracted Personnel" attached to the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06/06/1978 and numbered 7/15754 According to paragraph (b) of additional article 2 of the "Principles", 2021 contracted personnel will be recruited for the titles stated below, based on the KPSS (B) group score rankings for the year 2022 - 1273, without a written or oral exam.

2 (two) times the number of substitute candidates will be determined. If there are no applicants among the main winners or those who are determined not to meet the required conditions, substitute winners will be placed respectively.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

To have the conditions specified in sub-clauses (1), (657), (48), (1) and (4) of sub-paragraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Law No. 6-7.

2- Not having any physical or mental illness or disability that may prevent him from performing his duties.

3-To be suitable for traveling and working in the field.

4-To have the required qualifications for the position to be preferred.

5- To have taken the KPSS (B) group exam for the year 2021-2022. To have a valid score of KPSSP3, KPSSP93 for associate degree graduates and KPSSP94 for secondary education graduates.

6- Not receiving retirement or old-age pension from any Social Security Institution.

7- The status of the applicants; Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 states that "In case the contracts of those employed in this way are terminated by their institutions due to their violation of the principles of the service contract, or if they terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period, excluding the exceptions determined by the Council of Ministers Decision, the institutions shall be contracted until one year has passed from the date of termination. they cannot be employed in personnel positions.” must comply with the provisions.

8- Not to be dismissed from public office for any reason.

9- For male candidates, having completed their military service, being exempt or postponed.

APPLICATION PLACE, DATES AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1- If the applications are “Career Gate”, they will be received between 11.01.2023 – 23.01.2023 via the website alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr.

2- Applications made in person will not be accepted and applications made by mail or other means will not be accepted.

3- Candidates will be able to apply for only one of the announced positions.

4- Since the information about the candidates' KPSS score, graduation, criminal record, military service and identity will be obtained through the web services of the relevant institutions via e-Government, these documents will not be requested from the candidates at the application stage. If there is an error in the said information of the candidates, they must make the necessary updates/corrections from the relevant institutions before applying. The documents to be submitted by the main winners will be published separately. Candidates whose graduation information does not come automatically, will enter the application updated information manually and upload the approved diploma sample or graduation documents in pdf format via e-Government.

5- Applicants who graduated from education institutions abroad or in Turkey and graduated from the departments whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Institution regarding the educational status sought in this announcement, must submit the relevant document in the "Equivalence Certificate" field under the "Your Other Documents" stage during their application to the Career Gate. they need to be installed.

6- Any application that does not show “Your transaction has been successfully completed…” on the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform will not be considered. Therefore, candidates should check whether the application process has been completed.

7- The applicants are responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues specified in this announcement, and uploading the requested documents to the system at the application stage. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.

8- Candidates are responsible for their declarations and application documents. Candidates who make false, misleading or false statements will lose all their rights arising from the placement and legal action will be taken against those who declare/submit false documents.
