Applications have started for the 'Crescents and Stars of Packaging Competition', organized for the 11th time this year by the Packaging Manufacturers Association (ASD).
In the 'Crescents and Stars of Packaging Competition', which is considered one of the most prestigious awards in Turkey and also receives applications from abroad, original packaging designs and different and innovative packaging applications that make a worldwide impact are rewarded.
Making evaluations about the competition, ASD President Zeki Sarıbekir said that food, beverages, electronics and electrical goods, health and beauty products, home-automotive-office tools and equipment and other necessary products can be competed in the competition where packaging manufacturers, suppliers, packaging designers and brand owners who put their products on the market can participate. He noted that applications can be made from the categories of materials, other non-food product packaging, medical and pharmaceutical products, industrial and transportation packaging, packaging materials and components, point of sale display, presentation and preservation products, flexible packaging, graphic design and luxury packaging.
THE DOOR TO INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS
While the packages that won the Crescents and Stars of Packaging Competition were registered with 'Gold, Silver, Bronze and Competence' awards, a maximum of 3 'Gold Packaging Awards' will be given among the products that are entitled to receive the 'Gold Award', in cooperation with the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE). . All participants who rank in the Crescents and Stars of Packaging Competition, which is accredited by the World Packaging Organization (WPO) and the Asian Packaging Federation (APF), can also participate in the WorldStar and AsiaStar Competitions.
