High-speed train statement from Osman Genç: Canik Mayor Osman Genç said, "Our government has included the Samsun high-speed train line in its program." said.

Canik Mayor Osman Genç said, “Our government has included the Samsun high speed train line in its program. Having a high speed train means that more people come to Samsun from Anatolia. Therefore, these people will also need transportation within the city ”.

Canik Mayor Osman Genç met with the representatives of minibuses, minibuses, taxi drivers, truck drivers and service associations serving in Samsun under the coordination of the Canik City Council Landscape, Development and Traffic Working Group. Mayor Genç, as well as Canik City Council General Secretary Reşat Kılınçarslan, Landscape, Construction and Traffic Working Group President Sedat Kır, and representatives of minibus line associations in Samsun attended the breakfast held in Canik Municipality. At the meeting where transportation problems in Samsun were also discussed, Mayor Genç said “If we want to make Samsun a leading city, we must definitely solve transportation problems”.

Ç WE ARE LIVING IN THE AGE OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATION “
Listening to the minibuses and expressing that they know the transportation problems of Samsun, Mayor Genç said, “It is a fact that there are big problems in transportation between districts in Samsun. If the transportation problem of our city is not solved, it is not possible for the city to become an international city. Our tradesmen in the province and our transporters in the districts are uneasy. Removing this unrest is one of the most important duties of managers. Peace and development should go hand in hand. We live in the age of transportation and communication. Faster and more reliable transportation means winning the race of time in development and prosperity and leaving behind rivals. "To have a healthy transportation in Samsun means to be the regional leader in the economy, to reach the inner parts of Anatolia in exports and to the opposite shores of the Black Sea."

“WE SHOULD REACH THE TRANSPORT PROBLEMS“
Pointing out that Samsun was an international city on historical commercial roads in the past, Genç said, “Today, we are experiencing big problems in transportation even locally. We need to keep up with the times and feed our city with the necessary transportation networks of the age. For years, we have been telling Samsun that a high-speed freight train must arrive before the high-speed passenger train. Our government has also included the Samsun high-speed train line in its program. Having a high speed train means that more people come to Samsun from Anatolia. Therefore, these people will also need transportation within the city. This means an increase in the work of our minibus shop trades. If we want to make Samsun a leading city, we must definitely solve transportation problems. "We can get ahead of our competitors by using the sea and air transportation, which are the two blues of Samsun, correctly and effectively."

THANKS TO THE PRESIDENT YOUNG
Canik City Council Landscape, Development and Traffic Working Group President Sedat Kır also expressed Samsun's transportation problems and thanked Mayor Osman Genç for his sensitive approach to the subject. After the breakfast, the representatives of the associations providing transportation services in Samsun made opinions and suggestions about the realizable projects related to transportation.
