Towards the Future Management Development Certificate Program organized in cooperation with CEVA Logistics and Bahçeşehir University Continuing Education Center gave its first graduates.
CEVA Logistics Turkey realized the first of the “Towards the Future Management Development Program”. The nine-month program, consisting of a total of sixteen modules, realized in cooperation with the Bahçeşehir University Continuing Education Center (BAUSEM), held its closing ceremony at Bahçeşehir University with forty-two executive graduates.
The program is structured in five main topics
Nihan Usanmaz, CEVA Logistics Turkey Senior Vice President of Human Resources, said, “While planning the program, we tried to find answers to the questions of what is the role of a manager, how should it be, what is the interaction of a manager with the total of the organization, and how it should be. We built the program on 5 main competence groups. These are interaction, collaboration, achievement, leadership and self-management. This is the biggest reason for the close interaction of the modules with each other. We wanted to build the content of the program on current issues such as innovation, technology trends, information management, as well as classical management skills and competencies. In this program, we saw that we caught the best and the most beautiful. I would like to thank all our participants who completed a 9-month long program for their effort, patience and perseverance.”
The program, which was held with the participation of experienced trainers in the sector, Understanding the Individual/Personal Leadership, Self-Management and Motivation in Flexible and Remote Working, Seeing the Big Picture and Strategic Management, Work and Private Life Balance in Life Adventure, Transactional Analysis and Relationship Management for Leaders, Change Management and Turning Crisis into Opportunity, Leader Team Strategies, Decision Making Techniques, Codes of Economy, Corporate Culture, Institutionalization and Creating a "Preferred" Brand, Effective Communication and Global Vision for Leaders, Digital Transformation, Technological Trends and Innovation, Customer Experience Management, Facilitation and It consisted of a total of 16 modules, including Analytical Thinking Skill, and was completed in a period of nine months.
BAUSEM Director Dr. Faculty Member F. Elif Çetin said, “As the Continuing Education Center, we have been continuing our activities for 18 years in this big family. When we look at the literature on lifelong education; We know that certificate programs with flexible curricula supported by digital platforms without age, space and time restrictions, are at least as important as the degree, are much more functional, suitable for the purpose, carried to the degree when necessary, integrated with the degree, and we structure all our work accordingly. With the change, the need for the industry to adapt itself to new business models is not a step that can be taken only with physical investments. Here; the need for educated workforce is increasing at the same rate and gaining even more importance. Leading the sector in this direction, CEVA Logistics, which is young but has a rich and deep-rooted history, contributes to both its employees and the sector.

At the closing ceremony, the participants who successfully completed the process received their certificates from CEVA Logistics General Manager Fuat Adoran and Human Resources Senior Vice President Nihan Usanmaz.
