Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Project Transportation Reconstruction Construction Yat. Singing. ve Tic. AS, after the completion of the 3rd Stage of OMU of the rail system line serving under the structure of SAMULAŞ, tram services started today at 06.15.

CITIZENS ARE VERY SATISFIED
With the opening of the new line, the tram departing from the Yurtlar stop on the OMU Campus started the first flight by carrying direct passengers to the Municipality Houses. In the same minutes, the tram moving from the Municipality Houses moved towards the campus. Citizens who had the opportunity to travel to OMU with the new tram line said, “We will now have the opportunity to travel to OMU campus, which includes important faculties, colleges, institutes, but most importantly, the Faculty of Medicine, which appeals to the entire region. Metropolitan Municipality and SAMULAŞ carried out a very important transportation service. We congratulate those who contributed. ”

GENERAL MANAGER FOLLOWED TAMGACI
Following the first trips with their assistants and technical staff, SAMULAŞ General Manager Enver Sedat Tamgacı said, “We started our tram services within the university this morning. As SAMULAŞ, we broke new ground in Samsun in the field of transportation. We are excited, we are proud. ”

STUDENTS, PATIENTS
Stating that they have reached the 3-kilometer rail system network after completing the 35rd Stage of OMU and starting its operations, Tamgacı said, “The number of stations with the new ones we named as Housing in Campus, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Health Sciences, Life Center, Education Faculty and Dormitories 43 rose to. Transportation to the biggest health, education and science campus of the Black Sea will now be much easier with our trams. Tens of thousands of students, thousands of academic staff, patients and their relatives will have access to faculties, health and science centers with comfortable, comfortable and quality transportation.
