STM will take its place at IDEAS, one of the most important defense fairs of South Asia, to exhibit its national projects.
STM500 Debuts in Pakistan
STM in IDEAS 2022; The Stack (I) Class Frigate will present the Pakistani Marine Supply Tanker (PNFT) and the small-sized submarine STM500, designed with national engineering skills, to the visitors of the fair. STM500, which was designed with national resources to meet tactical needs such as reconnaissance and surveillance, special forces operations, and submarine warfare, will meet with South Asia.
Striker and Scout UAVs to be Exhibited in Pakistan
In addition to the naval projects developed by STM, tactical mini UAV systems will be exhibited at the STM booth at IDEAS 2022, which will be held in Karachi, Pakistan. Producing world-leading and competitive technologies in the field of tactical mini-UAV systems, STM will bring Turkey's first mini-strike UAV KARGU, national spotter TOGAN and fixed-wing striker UAV system ALPAGU together with visitors at the International Defense Fair and Seminar IDEAS.
STM General Manager Özgür Güleryüz stated that they will take part in IDEAS with innovative and national platforms and said, “We have accomplished important projects in Pakistan, a friendly and brotherly country. In 2018, we built and delivered the Pakistani Marine Supply Ship PNS MOAWIN, the largest military shipbuilding project of Turkey, designed for the Pakistan Navy, in Karachi. Again, we continue our activities in the modernization of Agosta 90B Class Submarines owned by Pakistan. We delivered the first submarine in the project and we are continuing the modernization works of the other two submarines. We are also taking part in the 4 Ada Class Corvette Projects to be produced by Turkey with the engineering capability for the supply and integration of the main propulsion system. We want to sign new collaborations and joint works to strengthen the strength of Pakistan's defense. We are excited to showcase our innovative and national platforms at IDEAS.”
STM military naval platforms and tactical mini-UAV systems will take their place in Hall 15, booth A18 at the International Defense Fair and Seminar IDEAS, which will be held at Karachi Expo Center in Karachi, Pakistan, between 1-22 November.
