The tender for engineering services was canceled by the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality on the 27 January 2016 Day.
At this stage, the authorities stated that the 4 furnace / joint venture was eliminated due to lack of documentation and information, and that fewer companies than the 3 filed were canceled because of the qualification. will be published again for the canceled tender these days.
