Why Arifiye-Karasu does not examine railway operations

The Court of Accounts does not examine the Arifiye-Karasu railway works: The unfinished Arifiye-Karasu Railway works have been standing for about 2 years without a single nail. The 320 million lira budget project, which doubled the cost of the railroad project due to the ground, caused the money allocated to the project to end. The contractor stopped working because the fund was not issued. It is noteworthy that while the Court of Accounts should prepare a cost report by making a review, somehow this examination could not be done. It was a question of why the Court of Accounts did not examine the project.
