In fact, if the tender is to be held this month, there is a deadline in the specification; However, I am making this comment based on an estimate, as we do not have the opportunity to reach the specifications for now.
Assuming that the study and project work of this line will be completed in two years, the job at 2017 will come to the tender stage. In such a case, the tender for the construction of this line will take place before the 2019 elections.
While we were looking for the answer to the question of when the foundation of the Kayseri-Ankara high-speed train line would be taken and when to finish, the good news came for the Antalya-Kayseri line.
If everything goes as planned, hopefully in 2023 we will have a high-speed train that goes between Kayseri and Antalya for 200 km per hour. This means that the distance between Kayseri and Antalya will fall to 2.5-3 hours.
