Çayırova Mayor Bünyamin Çiftçi, who has given Çayırova the identity of a sports city with the breakthroughs and investments he has made since the day he took office, met with the children of Çayırova who do sports within the Çayırova Municipality Education Sports Club and their families. In the program, which was held with intense participation, firstly a cinevision screening was held regarding the investments made by Çayırova Municipality and the achievements achieved in the field of sports. Mayor Çiftçi, who went up to the podium and made a speech after the video, stated that they brought investments that will make Çayırova a sports city to the district and said the following;
“When we set out 5 years ago, we said we would make Çayırova a sports city. Despite the 2-year pandemic and the earthquakes that broke our hearts in February last year, we made Çayırova a sports city. To support our Çayırova Municipality Education and Sports Club and non-commercial sports clubs in our Çayırova district, both in our information houses and with such organizations, so that our children can prepare for the future in the best possible way, so that our children can complete both their physical and mental development and move towards the future in the best way possible. We offer these services to your benefit.

Our children and families are here. Thank God, we are at the service of the nation not with words but with sincerity. We are building the Çayırova of the future to prepare our Çayırova district better for the future. During our approximately 5-year tenure, we mobilized all our resources to provide physical services to our city and for our children and families to benefit from these opportunities. We are proud to be with our children here. We will work even harder so that you can receive better training in 9 branches.

Our children do sports, benefit from information houses, and benefit from the opportunities offered by Çayırova Municipality in the social sphere of life. Our children are here today, chirping and preparing for the future in the best possible way. We served our Çayırova for 5 years. We both prepared our city for the future and worked for the revival of our generation. We said that our opportunities in the field of sports are not enough, and we are bringing a second sports hall to Çayırova, while there is only one in many districts. We crown the work we have done and will continue to do in the field of sports with the Sports High School.
“WE ANNOUNCED THE NAME OF OUR DISTRICT TO TURKEY”
For 5 years, we came together with our families in different branches and with our children. We exchanged ideas on how we can take our city further in terms of sports, and we are experiencing the blessing of walking the road in consultation. As a district, we won thousands of medals and dozens of trophies in competitions held across the country. We announced the name of our district in basketball to the whole of Turkey. Our basketball team, which we founded two years ago, won two championships in two years and is currently competing in the first league. Our goal is to bring our district to a better point in the field of sports and to introduce sports to all our children living in Çayırova.” The program ended with souvenir photographs taken to commemorate the day.
