The winners of the Metallic Stars of Export awards, which reward successful exporters who contribute to Turkey's exports by the Istanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters Association (IDDMİB), have been announced.
ASAŞ, one of Turkey's leading industrial companies, achieved third place in the export championship in the Metallic Stars of Exports, where 74 companies were awarded. Additionally, ASAŞ won 1st place in the "Aluminum Rod Profiles" category and 2nd place in the "Aluminum Flat Products" and "Aluminum Construction Materials" categories. ASAŞ was entitled to receive 4 awards with its achievements and was also the company that received the most awards.
Stating that they managed to maintain their power in exports despite the contraction in the markets in 2023 and the approximately decreasing aluminum prices, ASAŞ General Manager Derya Hatiboğlu said, “We are rightfully proud of being in the top three among the export champions. As ASAŞ, we export to more than 6 countries on 90 continents and aim to increase our share in existing markets. “We are happy to provide added value to our country's economy in this way.” said.
