2-Procurement of goods
a) Name: Kadıköy-Kaynarca-Sabiha Gökçen and Pendik-Sabiha Gökçen Rail Transportation Public Transportation System Supply and Commissioning of 100 Metro Vehicles

25 Sets (with 4 vehicles) Metro Series, Total of 100 Metro Vehicles

c) Place to be made/delivered: On-rail delivery point to be shown by the Administration in Istanbul
ç) Duration/delivery date: Work will be started within 5 days following the signing of the contract. Bringing all 100 vehicles to the site will be completed in 32 (thirty) months. 1. The process of bringing to the site from the 1st (first) trainset to the 25th (twenty-fifth) trainset; It will start with the bringing of the first train set to the field at the latest in the 20th (twentieth) month from the date of commencement of work, and will be completed with the bringing of the last trainset to the field at the latest in the 32nd (thirtieth) month. 2. The delivery dates of the 23 train lines between the first and the last train set will be determined in accordance with the work program to be submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Administration. 3. After the last train set is brought to the site, 30 (Thirty) days for the tests to be carried out by the Contractor, 45 (Forty-five) days for the signaling system tests to be carried out by trains and 15 (Fifteen) days for the trial operation, in order to make it ready for delivery (temporary acceptance). A total of 90 (Ninety) days will be used. 4. In case the Administration takes a partial acceptance decision, a work program will be prepared in accordance with the above-mentioned periods and submitted to the Administration for approval. Conditions related to field tests and trial operation are explained in the relevant articles of the Contract and technical specifications. The Contractor shall submit the detailed work schedule and cash flow diagram to the Administration's approval within 30 (thirty) calendar days following the Administration's work commencement instruction.
d) Starting date of work: Work will be started within 5 days following the signing of the contract.
