Eskipazar (Bayrambey) Mosque in Altınordu district, which was restored by Ordu Metropolitan Municipality, was opened for worship.

Ordu Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Under the leadership of Mehmet Hilmi Güler, the Metropolitan Municipality, which has carried out works that will carry the cultural heritage of the city to the future, has made the Eskipazar Mosque, the first settlement of the Altınordu district and built between 1380-1390 during the Hacıemiroğulları Principality, ready for worship.

Restoration of the minaret, fountain and landscaping of the historical mosque, which will only be open for tarawih prayers during the month of Ramadan, continues.

Eskipazar Neighborhood Headman İlhan Karaağaç and the community thanked everyone who contributed to the presentation of the historical mosque, which was restored in accordance with its original form with the support of the Ordu Governorship Investment Monitoring and Coordination Presidency (YIKOB), to the worship with its renewed face.

Citizens said, “Previously, it was impossible to pray in the mosque, which had frogs and scorpions in it, because of the smell. rutubet was also forcing us. We conveyed the matter to the mayor of the metropolitan municipality. He said he will do my best, and together with the Governor, they decided to build the mosque. We thank them very much. God bless everyone who contributed," he said.
