The new airport metro of Istanbul will be made by the ministry: The construction of the new airport rail system connections in Istanbul will be done by the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications.
In line with the decision of the Council of Ministers in the current issue of the Official Gazette regarding the acquisition of urban rail transportation systems, subways and related facilities by the Ministry of Transport, with the Gayrettepe-Istanbul New Airport Metro Line within the scope of the new airport rail system connections Halkalı-Istanbul New Airport Metro Line will be built by the Ministry of Transport.
