MATERIALS

  • 600 g veal or lamb, upon request
  • 2 onion
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 small or medium tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Half a tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 2 cup of hot water
  • Salt

For the favorite recipe;

  • Half cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1,5 spoonful butter
  • 300 ml milk
  • 4 eggplants
  • 1.5 tablespoons of flour
  • Salt, pepper

FABRICATION

Pierce your eggplants with a knife and put them in the oven. Bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Cover the eggplants you take out of the oven with a cling film to easily peel off their skins. Peel off easily after 15 minutes.

For the beef, continue to fry the olive oil and chopped onions in a pan until they turn pink.

Add your garlic and diced meat on it and continue frying.

After the meat has evaporated, add the tomato paste, salt, pepper and tomatoes.

Then add your hot water and boil it on low heat until the meat is cooked.

Melt your butter in the pan for the first step.

Add the flour to the melted butter and remove the smell of the flour.

After the smell of the flour is gone, add the eggplants you baked before.

Slowly add your milk to it and mix. Keep mixing continuously. Add salt and pepper in the last step.

After adding the grated cheddar cheese into the mixture, turn off the bottom and set aside.
