From the Rectorate of Dicle University: According to the Principles on Employment of Contracted Personnel published in the Official Gazette dated 657 and numbered 4, to be employed at our university and to be employed full-time in accordance with Article (B) of the Civil Servants Law No. 28.06.2007, with their expenses covered from the Special Budget. According to paragraph (b) of Annex 26566 of the Principles on Amendment, on the basis of KPSS (B) group score, contracted personnel with the following titles and qualifications will be recruited.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
To meet the conditions specified in Article 1 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657-48.
2- Crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have expired, are sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 1 (one) year or more for an intentionally committed crime or even if they have been pardoned. Crimes against national defense, crimes against state secrets and espionage, embezzlement, embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraud, bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging of performance, laundering of property values arising from crime or smuggling. not to be convicted
3- To take the 2022 KPSS (P3) exam for undergraduates, 2022 KPSS (P93) for associate degree graduates and 2022 KPSS (P94) for high school graduates.
4- Not getting pension or old age pension from any Social Security Institution.
5- Candidates; Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 states, “In case that the contracts of those employed in this way are terminated by their institutions due to their violation of the principles of the service contract and they terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period, excluding the exceptions determined by the Council of Ministers Decision, unless one year has passed from the date of termination. institutions cannot be employed in contracted personnel positions”.
6- For male candidates, to have completed their military service, to be exempted or postponed,
7- The contracts of those who do not fulfill the conditions specified in the service contract to be signed with the candidates will be terminated.
8- Those who have been dismissed from their institutions within the scope of the Decree-Law or whose contracts have been terminated unilaterally cannot apply.
9- Absence of a situation that prevents the shift, working in shifts.
10-Those who have been dismissed from public service with various decree laws cannot apply.
11- To certify that there is no health problem that will prevent him from performing his duty continuously, with a health report obtained from a full-fledged health institution. (It will be required in case of qualifying to be appointed.)
12- Internship periods will not be considered as professional experience.
13- The candidates who are entitled to be appointed, those whose archive research is positive, will be appointed.
14-Our University reserves the right to cancel and make changes to the Published Announcement.
DOCUMENTS TO BE ADDED TO THE SYSTEM IN ONLINE APPLICATION
1- Application form (to be filled online from the system)
2- Adding the front and back of the identity card to the system
3- Adding a Diploma or temporary graduation certificate in the desired field to the system (e-Government printout with barcode will be accepted.)
4-Transcript for graduation from the undergraduate program.
5- If required for the specified positions, they are required to upload the certificate of experience, if required for the specified positions, the barcode SGK service breakdown (indicating the occupation code) they will receive from the e-Government and the APPROVED work document that clearly states the working time and title they will receive from the institution.
6- Adding Certificates if required in the qualifications section of the applied title.
7- Private Security Officer Identity Card for Protection and Security Officer and height and weight measurement certificate obtained from Health Institution,
8- Addition of Driver's License for Driver Candidates.
9- If required in the qualifications section of the title applied for, adding the Vocational Qualification/Mastery/Foreman Certificate.
The online application system of Dicle University at the web address pbs.dicle.edu.tr will be filled in completely and correctly, and the application will be made electronically, together with the attachment of the required documents.
Applications will be made online at pbs.dicle.edu.tr of our University within 10 (ten) days following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette. (The application deadline is until 23.59.)
Applications submitted by candidates in person or by mail will not be accepted.
