DHMI Announces July Figures

General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMİ), 2019 year of July, the airline aircraft, passengers and freight statistics announced.

Accordingly, 2019 in July;

Airplane traffic landing and taking-off to airports was 79.311 on domestic lines and 83.547 on international lines.

Overflight traffic in the same month was 44.660. Thus, the total air traffic served in the airway reached the 207.518 with overpasses.

Airports across Turkey this month 9.122.161 domestic passenger traffic, while international passenger traffic was 12.897.411.

Thus, total passenger traffic with direct transit passengers was realized as 22.045.978 in the said month.

Airports freight (cargo, mail and baggage) traffic; As of July, 76.452 tons in domestic lines, 203.180 tons in international lines and 279.632 tons in total.

As of the end of July (2019 monthly realizations) of 7;

Airplane traffic landing and taking-off to airports was 482.707 on domestic lines and 393.162 on international lines.

In the same period, overflight traffic was realized as 272.557. Thus, total air traffic served in the airway reached 1.148.426 with overpasses.

Airports General of Turkey in this period 58.587.476 domestic passenger traffic, while international passenger traffic was 58.100.266.

Thus, total passenger traffic with direct transit passengers was realized as 116.858.460 in the said period.

Airport traffic (cargo, mail and baggage) traffic; 453.343 tones in domestic lines, 1.358.649 tones in international lines and 1.811.992 in total.

2019 year realizations at Istanbul Airport;

2019 at Istanbul Airport was the landing and take-off of air traffic in July, the domestic flights were 9.702, the international flights were 30.102, and in total 39.804.

Passenger traffic in domestic lines was realized by 1.519.052, international passenger traffic was 4.681.166 and in total, 6.200.218 passenger traffic was realized.

At Istanbul Airport; 2019 until the end of July (first 7 month) 37.591 in domestic flights, 105.880 in international flights, 143.471 in total; passenger traffic was 5.679.299 in domestic flights, 16.463.751 in international flights and 22.143.050 in total.

Realization of the end of July at the airports in our tourism centers;

The number of passengers receiving service from the Tourism-Weighted Airports, where there is high international traffic, is 12.004.190 for domestic and 19.238.453 for international flights. air traffic was 91.670 for domestic flights and 116.090 for international flights.

Passenger traffic of our airports for tourism in the first 2019 month of 7 is as follows:
