Sena Nur Bubani, a dietician working at Bağcılar Municipality, helps her clients lose weight by eating whatever they want without reducing their meals or staying hungry, with the program she calls "Culture Diet". A program is being prepared for those on a Cultural Diet, with dishes specific to their region's eating habits. Bubani, who weakened 6 people in 700 months in this way, said, "If we give the Black Sea eating habits to an Eastern person, it will not be beneficial to this person as it will not be a sustainable diet."

Women and Family Culture and Art Center, which was put into service by Bağcılar Municipality in 2011, continues 24 courses in 35 main branches. The dietitian is one of the most popular places in the facility, where courses with different contents ranging from cooking to textiles and make-up are offered. Dietician Sena Nur Bubani, who has been working in Bağcılar Municipality for 6 months, is trying to lose weight in the women who apply to her.

The same program cannot be applied to Eastern and Black Sea people.

Stating that wrong nutrition, low physical activity and chronic diseases cause weight gain, Bubani says that he applies the program called Culture Diet, which helps his clients lose weight both in a healthy way and in a short time. Stating that he has established a special bond with his clients, Bubani said the following about the Cultural Diet:

“Our clients who come here are tired of their own diets, low calories, and being hungry. At this point, we approach them with understanding and sincerity. We meet our clients after they come here. We prepare a program according to people's cultural status and nutritional habits. Because if we give the eating habits of the Black Sea region to an Eastern person, it will not be beneficial to this person as it will not be a sustainable diet. For this reason, it is very important for us to learn about that person's culture and give them a diet program appropriate for the food they cook and eat. This also ensures the continuity of the diet. We prefer to make a list of dishes suitable for the Eastern region for Eastern people, and for the Black Sea, Aegean and Central Anatolian regions. We provide 4-5 kilograms of fat tissue loss within a month. “We reached 6 people in 700 months and helped them lose weight and reach their ideal weight.”

I lost 4 kilos in 11 months

Kübra Nur Karaarslan is one of those who left the dietitian happy. Stating that he had been going to a dietitian for 4 months, Karaarslan explained the change he experienced as follows: “I was 77 kilos and I was in a lot of pain because I had a hernia. After coming here, I felt the change in myself every day.
