Transportation in all districts with a single type card

Speaking at the ceremony, Metropolitan Mayor Alinur Aktaş said that Bursa and İnegöl are rapidly growing settlements. Reminding that Bursa's population increased by around 45 thousand last year, Mayor Alinur Aktaş stated that they are constantly working to bring the city and districts better. Expressing that İnegöl, which has a foreign trade volume of around 2 billion dollars, is a city with infrastructure in many areas, especially furniture, Mayor Aktaş expressed that it is of great importance in transportation in the city where there is intense movement and circulation. Explaining that the number of vehicles in BURULAŞ was 2017 in 1087, it has now reached 2418, President Aktaş said, “We have one of the youngest fleets in Turkey. The cheapest transportation in 5 metropolitan cities is in Bursa. There are also places that are 50-60 percent more expensive than us. We fund BURULAŞ every month. We want Bursa residents to benefit from transportation in a comfortable way. Before Bursakart, Kentkart was used in İnegöl. Bursakart usage in İnegöl started on 15 July 2021. With a single type of card, all public transports can be used throughout the city. Whatever the benefits offered in public transportation, they are also used in 17 districts. For 120 TL, students can ride as much as they want during the month. I told the Mayor of Nilüfer in the last Assembly. They take students and give cards. They only give 10 percent of that money. The boarding cost per person is approximately 8 and a half liras. Such a boarding cost does not even come to 160 lira in 0.7 boarding. It is the Metropolitan Municipality that covers and subsidizes 90 percent of the cost of this work. As long as our children can go to school comfortably. Our districts should also benefit from it," he said.

Invitation to use public transport

Reminding that the citizens of İnegöl started to use Bursakart mobile and Bursakart web applications with the transition to Bursakart, Mayor Aktaş said that İNULAŞ's fleet was expanded with the ceremony held. We should not see too many smiles for this nation. We want to hear good examples. Currently, 789 vehicles have been renewed in the cooperatives in Bursa, this number has increased to 845 with the new vehicles. I congratulate İnegöl Municipality and İNULAŞ for their efforts. Hopefully, it will be a means of relaxation in the transportation of İnegöl. I invite all our citizens to use public transport.
