Sancaklı later returned to Turkey and continued to work as Purchasing & Logistics Manager (2003-2005) and Factory Manager/General Manager (2005-2012) at Bosch Brake Systems.
Sancaklı, who later continued his career as Factory Manager at Goodyear (2012-2014), then served as General Manager (2014-2015) at Mecaplast Group Turkey, and was subsequently transferred to Grammer company as General Manager (2015-2021).
Sancaklı, who served as the CEO of Arıtaş Cryogenics between 2021 and 2024, started working as the General Manager of Hitachi Astemo Turkey as of March 2024.
Sancaklı, who is interested in basketball as a hobby, is also known for his past as a licensed basketball player.
