Keçiören Mayor Turgut Altınok attended the opening ceremony of the AKM-Gar-Kızılay Metro Line, which will provide direct transportation from Keçiören to Kızılay.
Wishing that the metro line, which was inaugurated by cutting a ribbon by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, would be beneficial for Keçiören and Ankara, Altınok said, “Our AKM-GAR-KIZILAY Keçiören connected metro; Congratulations to our Keçiören and Ankara. We thank our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, for this service.” said.
President Erdoğan, who took the train seat of the subway after the opening, made the first ride.
Vice President Fuat Oktay, Parliament Speaker Mustafa Şentop, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu, AK Party Deputy Chairman Binali Yıldırım and Keçiören Mayor Turgut Altınok also attended the first driving tour.
