General Directorate of Civil Aviation can be put into service without the examination requirement in Annex-657 table of the Principles Regarding Employing Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect with the paragraph (B) of article 4 of the Civil Servants Law No. 6 and the Council of Ministers Decision dated 6/1978/7 and numbered 15754/1. Among the contracted personnel position titles to be taken, Aviation Certification Specialist, Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel (ATSEP), Aviation Information Management Specialist (AIM), Pilot, Flight Doctor, Cabin Safety Specialist, Crew Planning Specialist, Flight Technician, Aircraft Control and Maintenance Machinist. Candidates applying for the pilot position

Candidates must complete the application process by uploading the requested documents to the system completely and one by one. Candidates are responsible for inaccuracies and missing documents in the uploaded documents.

APPLICATION

1. Candidates will make their applications via e-Government at the General Directorate of Civil Aviation Career Gate-Public Recruitment and Career Gate, alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr ​​with the e-Government password, and applications made in person or by mail within the period specified in the announcement will not be accepted.

2.Candidates will be able to apply for only one of the positions. If it is determined that the candidate has applied for more than one position, no application will be accepted.

3. Applications will start on 01 April 2022 and end on 12 April 2022 at 23:59:59. After the application process is completed, the candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not show "Application Received" on the "My Applications" screen will not be evaluated.

4. When necessary from the candidates; The originals of the documents uploaded to the system can be requested.

5. The applications of those who have negative results in the Security Investigation and Archive Research and/or who are found to have made false statements or submitted incomplete documents during the application and transactions, and those who cannot submit the required documents, will be deemed invalid and their placements will be canceled even if they have been placed. Legal action will be taken against the candidates in this situation in accordance with the general provisions.

6. All kinds of announcements regarding the recruitment of personnel with the qualifications specified by our General Directorate will be published on the web address of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation web.shgm.gov.tr/tr/general-duyurular/.

7. Applicants cannot claim any rights or receivables from the beginning of the application process until the completion of the procedures regarding induction by the General Directorate.

EVALUATION

Candidates who apply for the positions stated in the 1st announcement will be recruited by means of a written and oral evaluation.

2. According to the order to be made starting from the candidate with the highest score by calculating the arithmetic average of the scores of the candidates who received 60 points or more from each branch in the written evaluation, 10 times the number of positions to be recruited as stated in the advertisement (including those who received the same score as the last candidate) will be taken into oral evaluation.

3. Information regarding the written and oral evaluation will be announced on the official website of our General Directorate.

4. The final result will be announced on the official website of our General Directorate.

All kinds of announcements regarding the recruitment of contracted personnel with the qualifications specified by our General Directorate General Directorate of Civil Aviation http://web.shgm.gov.tr/tr/genel-duyurular/ will be published on the website. Since this announcement to be published will be in the nature of a notification, no separate notification will be given to the candidates.
