Bursa Metropolitan Municipality brings a social facility with lake view to Büyükorhan district. The facility, whose rough construction has been completed, will host not only the residents of the district, but also guests from outside, with its unique view after the landscaping.
Continuing its investments in all areas from transportation to infrastructure, from environment to social facilities in order to make Bursa a more livable city with its 17 districts, the Metropolitan Municipality continues its investments that will add value to Büyükorhan, one of the districts with the highest number of immigrants, without slowing down. Before entering the district, the old facilities, which are generally used for negative works in the borders of İsmetiye Mahallesi, are turned into a privileged facility. The old facility of approximately 400 square meters; Within the scope of maintenance and repair works, renovation and landscaping works are carried out and renewed. While the rough construction has been completed in the facility, which has been revised as a restaurant, mechanical, electrical and fine workmanship continues. Accompanied by the lake view, the facility turns into a place where both the residents of the district and the guests coming to the district can have a pleasant time.
It will add value to the district
Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş stated that they have implemented the investments needed in every district, especially in transportation and infrastructure, and said that they have turned the old facilities in Büyükorhan into a nice restaurant. Mayor Aktaş said, “Our district municipality has leased this area for 25 years with a build-operate-transfer. Now we are bringing this building to the district as Göl Restaurant. We will be working on making this place fully-fledged with night lighting. Hopefully, we will make this a place where both our district people and especially many people from Bursa will come and have a pleasant time. The facility will also add economic value to our district," he said.
