Stating that on the one hand, sewerage network, collector line, wastewater treatment plant, trade center, snow games area, landscaping works have been carried out within the scope of the "Erzurum, Erzincan and Kars Winter Tourism Corridor" project, and on the other hand, the ski center roads have been overhauled. Sarıkamış will become an important position in terms of tourism, trade and employment within two years with both state and private sector investments. ” said.
The Governorate of Kars Governorate of Sarıkamış district and other state-owned investments in the ski resort as the Municipality of Toksoy transferred, said:
“We are doing very serious work in our ski resort. We were having problems in the winter, especially since the road to the hotel area was very steep due to the main road. We have lowered this road, which is a high standard, to a slope of 7 percent, and made it possible for all vehicles to go out easily in winter conditions. We will even cover the granite cube stone so that the vehicles do not slip. On the other hand, with the new road, we are expanding the first stage track area. We will travel a total of 12 kilometers in the hotels area. The sewage and wastewater network works of the region have already been completed. We make our parking lots very quickly. 6 car parks, each of which is 3 thousand square meters, will reach the winter season. In addition, maintenance work on ski lifts and tracks will continue without interruption. When all these studies are completed, Sarıkamış will become a favorite place for domestic and foreign tourists. ”
