Trabzon Culture Road Festival Started

 Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Metin Genç, who attended the opening program, stated that the festival will not only contribute culturally to the city but also support national and international promotion. 9 events will be organized at 34 different locations within the scope of the 394-day festival.
Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Metin Genç attended the opening program of the Trabzon Culture Road Festival, which is being held for the third time this year. Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Nadir Alpaslan, Governor Aziz Yıldırım, Trabzon Deputies Adil Karaismailoğlu, Yılmaz Büyükaydın and Vehbi Koç, Provincial Police Chief Murat Esertürk, AK Party Provincial Chairman Sezgin Mumcu, Culture and Trabzon Provincial Director Tamer Erdoğan and many guests attended the program, which took place at the Hamamizade İhsan Bey Culture and Art Center. 9 events will be held at 34 different locations over 394 days within the scope of the festival.

A VERY VALUABLE ORGANIZATION

Emphasizing the historical and cultural heritage of Trabzon in his opening speech, Mayor Genç said, “I am very pleased to be opening the Culture Road Festival, which we have organized for the third time this year in Trabzon. We started with a nice sports event in the morning, and now we are saying hello to this organization full of culture and art. I always say; the hallmark of Trabzon is that it is a city of history, culture and art. This festival is a very valuable organization that strengthens, sustains and introduces these aspects of our city.”

FESTIVAL WILL LAST 9 DAYS

Mayor Genç continued his speech by saying, “I would like to thank our esteemed Minister of Culture and Tourism, our Deputy Minister and everyone who contributed to the realization of this beautiful event. Our festival, which our Metropolitan Municipality also contributes to with its many units, will host our fellow citizens and guests for 9 days with a rich content from concerts to exhibitions, from workshops to gastronomy presentations. I believe that such organizations make serious contributions not only to the cultural but also to the promotion of our city at national and international levels. I wish all our participating artists and esteemed guests an enjoyable festival where they will accumulate beautiful memories.”
