
In partnership with the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Information Processing and Automation Technologies and the Automotive Council, the “Next Level Uludağ Summit” was organized on June 18-19 to guide the future of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in the automotive sector.
At the summit, which brought together all the dynamics of the representatives of the Information Processing and Automation Technologies and Automotive sectors, important messages were given regarding the future of the sectors and the effects of artificial intelligence on production processes. Hosted by Bursa Business School, the reference education center of the business world, the two-day summit was held with the theme of “Artificial Intelligence Integration and Future Strategies in the Automotive Sector”. Organized with the contributions of Bilişim Vadisi, Deloitte Turkey and MEXT Technology Center, the summit addressed the integration of artificial intelligence into production processes and roadmaps in all its dimensions.
Eye-Opening Speeches in Uludağ
On the first day of the program, sessions titled 'Türkiye's Future Vision for Artificial Intelligence', 'Digitalization and Competition Race with Artificial Intelligence in Automotive' and 'AI Innovation in Automotive: Breaking Boundaries in Design' were held. In addition, 'Deloitte Global Automotive Consumer Survey 2025 Turkey Results' were shared with the participants, while on the second day of the summit, the effects of artificial intelligence technologies on the sector were evaluated in sessions titled 'Digital Transformation Applications in Supply Chain Management', 'Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Governance in the Automotive Sector' and 'Driving Experience Redefined with Data and Artificial Intelligence'. Leading names from the technology world also met with the participants under the title of "Horizon-Expanding Talks" within the scope of Next Level Uludağ. Kuika Software Founder Süreyya Ciliv and NeuroVision AI Tech Founder and CEO Zülal Tannur also shared important information with the participants at the summit.

Osman Akın, BTSO Information Processing and Automation Technologies Council President, said that the Next Level Uludağ Summit was organized for the first time this year and was quite productive. Stating that the leading names of the sector discussed the development, change and opportunities in the automotive and artificial intelligence fields in the panels and presentations within the scope of the summit, Akın said, “The way to increase our export unit value as a city and country is through technology-based production. At this point, we need to build an environment that will provide a competitive advantage in the software and artificial intelligence fields. Bursa is an important production and export center in the automotive sector. We want to position Bursa among the brand cities of the future by enriching our knowledge in this field with artificial intelligence. Our summit was very valuable in this sense. BTSO Automotive Council President Rengin Eren also stated that the automotive sector is no longer limited to vehicle production, and emphasized that concepts such as electrification, digitalization, artificial intelligence and sustainability have led to a radical transformation in the sector. Stating that it is of critical importance for the sector, which has a share of approximately 15 percent in the Turkish economy, to catch up with this change and be a leader, Eren said, “Turkey has a strong production infrastructure and global competitive power in the automotive sector. We are now talking about technology, innovation and green transformation in the sector. In this sense, the Next Level Uludağ Summit has created an important platform to prepare our sector for the future. While carrying our sector to a stronger future, we are talking about change together and determining our strategies with common sense.”
“There is a Customer-Focused Transformation”
Kuika Software Board Chairman Süreyya Ciliv invited all companies to become global players by drawing attention to the importance of global competition. Stating that it is now time for 'smart systems', Ciliv said, “With artificial intelligence, it is possible to both increase our revenues and reduce production costs by using data specific to our business and achieve operational excellence. We can be competitive globally with automation. Innovation culture needs to be encouraged. Companies are no longer in a digital transformation process, but in a completely customer-focused transformation process. Successful companies will shape the future of Türkiye. “Entrepreneurship is in our genes”
NeuroVision AI Tech Founder and CEO Zülal Tannur, drew attention to the strong participant profile of the summit and stated that such events inspire especially young entrepreneurs. Stating that Turkish entrepreneurs start life 1-0 ahead, Tannur said, “Entrepreneurship is in our genes. The leadership and entrepreneurship potential of the Turkish nation is full of many examples from the past to the present. I believe that we have inspired and shared our experiences with all the participants here. I want the number of such events to increase; I want more Zülals to emerge from these lands.”

DizaynVip Group of Companies Chairman Erbakan Malkoç emphasized that the summit was a very valuable organization for the sector. Malkoç said, “Bringing together the right people in the automotive sector with such an event is a visionary step by BTSO. Both the participants and the speakers were competent names in their fields. Artificial intelligence is a human-made form of intelligence; how and for what purpose these technologies are used is of critical importance. I was very pleased to see participation from different age groups at the summit.
