The Ministry of Health announced that a new application will be implemented to renew the 'disability' and 'medicine reports' that will expire on June 30, 2025.
According to the statement made by the Ministry, a new application is being implemented for the renewal of 'disability' and 'medicine reports' that will expire on June 30, 2025.
A 30-month 'Report Renewal' calendar has been created for the medicine reports of citizens with chronic diseases, the validity period of which was previously extended until June 9, and a 12-month 'Report Renewal' calendar has been created for the reports of disabled citizens.
The 'Report Renewal' process, which was initiated to ensure citizens' report continuity, will be carried out through the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS).
According to the regulation; first of all, patients whose report period is about to expire will be identified through the e-Report System. The TR ID numbers of these people will be shared with the Central Physician Appointment System.
In order to provide convenience to patients, a special clinic has been defined that can only be accessed by patients whose reports will expire on June 30. Only citizens with the specified Turkish ID numbers will be able to make an appointment at the 'Report Renewal' clinic. In addition, those with expired reports will be notified via text message.
All hospitals will create appointment schedules specific to MHRS for the 'Report Renewal' clinic. Appointment planning can be made up to 120 days in the future using these schedules.
Citizens will apply to the 'MHRS Coordination Unit' at hospitals on the appointment day. This unit will provide guidance according to the nature of the application. If the application is for a disability report, registration and guidance will be provided to the Health Board, and if it is for a drug report, registration and guidance will be provided to the relevant branch clinic.
Until the reports are re-arranged, existing reports can be processed. However, reports that are not renewed at the end of the report renewal period will lose their validity.
