Summer school registrations are starting at the High School Civilization Academies (LİMA), which provides services to high school students under the umbrella of Konya Metropolitan Municipality.
Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay stated that High School Civilization Academies are a very valuable service that contributes to both the academic and personal development of young people, and that they contribute to the development of young people as well-equipped individuals with the trainings and activities provided throughout the year.
President Altay, who noted that the youth who moved on to 9th, 10th and 11th grades in the summer period will both contribute to their lessons and have a productive holiday opportunity with different activities, stated that a 12-week summer school program including the YKS curriculum will be implemented for 7th grade and graduate students. President Altay invited all high school students to register for High School Civilization Academies online.
STUDENTS ARE PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE WITH PRIVATE LESSONS
The LİMA Summer School, planned for 9th, 10th and 11th grades in Konya between June 30th and August 10th, will consist of 6 weeks of lessons and 4 days of activities during this period. The program for graduates and 2th grade students will last 12 weeks and end on August 7th, 16.
9th, 10th, 11th grades will be given 15 hours of Quran, Catechism, Memorization, Translation, Cultural Atlas, From Idea to Page, Language Heritage, Mathematics, PDR and Film Readings per week. 12th grades and graduates will be able to attend Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Literature, Language and Expression, Mathematics, TYT Mathematics, Geometry, Philosophy, Religious Culture, Problems and Paragraph courses for 20 hours per week. Lesson hours will vary according to the students' fields.
YKS PREPARATION TRAINING FOR 12TH GRADE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS
For 12th grade and graduate students, a 7-week summer school program that includes the YKS curriculum will be implemented. Students will be invited to a trial exam between July 1-6 and will be registered according to the success ranking of the institution they applied to. They will also take YKS curriculum courses on July 7. There will be a break until the winter term in September on August 22.
DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES WILL BE HELD
In LİMA Summer School, all students will be provided with English, Marbling, Miniature, Painting, Guitar, Elegance, Concept Discussion, Baglama, Drama, Calligraphy, Diction, Violin, Photography and Division workshops.
