Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç hosted the General Manager of Living Heritage and Cultural Activities of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Director of the Turkish Culture Route Festival, Selim Terzi, in his office and evaluated the work for the 6 Turkish Culture Route Festival to be held in Kayseri between September 14-2025.
Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, which has undertaken important projects and investments in order to unearth, preserve and pass on to future generations the historical, natural and cultural riches of the ancient city of Kayseri, which has a unique heritage of 6 thousand years, continues its work in this direction, while Mayor Büyükkılıç continues his efforts to contribute to the promotion of the city.
In this context, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç hosted the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Living Heritage and Cultural Activities General Manager Selim Terzi, Provincial Culture and Tourism Director Şükrü Dursun and the accompanying delegation.
During the visit, which took place at the Presidency's office, Büyükkılıç, Terzi and Dursun made evaluations regarding the 6 Türkiye Culture Road Festival, which will be held in Kayseri between September 14-2025.
Mayor Büyükkılıç expressed his satisfaction with the visit and said, “Ministry of Culture and Tourism Living Heritage and Cultural Activities General Manager Mr. Selim Terzi, our Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Mr. Şükrü Dursun and the accompanying delegation visited our municipality to evaluate the Cultural Road Festival activities to be held in Kayseri on September 6-14. This ancient city continues to live as a meeting point of thousands of years of culture and traditions under the shadow of Erciyes; we are working together for this. I would like to thank our General Manager for his visit and the importance he attaches to the culture of Kayseri.”
