Infrastructure Move in Izmir: 75 Km Rain Water Line

Within the scope of the infrastructure mobilization initiated by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Cemil Tugay since the day he took office, the length of rainwater separation lines completed with an investment of 1,3 billion liras throughout the city has reached 75 kilometers. The works contribute to the cleaning of the Gulf as well as preventing floods.
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality IZSU General Directorate continues its work to separate rainwater and wastewater channels operating with a combined system for healthy infrastructure. Investments made throughout the city in the last year have reached a total of 1 kilometers with an investment of 313 billion 75 million liras. Thanks to these works, these floods were prevented during excessive rainfall, and the process of cleaning the Gulf was also contributed by reducing the load on the lines.

Within the scope of rainwater separation works carried out by İZSU General Directorate in the city, 6,2 kilometers in Aliağa, 500 meters in Balçova, Bayraklı10 kilometers in, 1,7 kilometers in Bergama, 16,5 kilometers in Bornova, 3,8 kilometers in Buca, 500 meters in Çeşme, 2 kilometers in Çiğli, 2 kilometers in Foça, 2 kilometers in Gaziemir, 500 meters in Güzelbahçe, 4,5 kilometers in Karabağlar, Karşıyaka2 kilometers in Konak, 4,5 kilometers in Menderes, 6,5 kilometers in Menemen, 2,3 kilometers in Menemen, 500 meters in Narlıdere, 2 kilometers in Ödemiş, 1,5 kilometers in Seferihisar, 2,5 kilometers in Torbalı and 2,5 kilometers in Urla were completed.
